Painted Tee Shirts

My new favorite online teacher is Alisa Burke. This is from her Graffiti Chic 2 class where she goes into all sorts of WAY FUN stuff. I have no idea if this tee shirt will even wash well but it should. I used Adirondack Spray inks and it says that it is for fabric. I need to heat set it first but these are the two I painted day before yesterday. I cut the neck out of them to make them look less tee shirtie. It really was fun and I plan to paint some more. On the top one I put the plum color on it with one stamp and then hated it-- but I had to go with it and it actually turned out ok. Motto for the day for me...don't give up too quickly, it might just turn out ok.

These are fabulous and my t-shirts that have that one little coffe dribble may find new life! I read once that you should turn are painted wearables inside out prior to washing..hope this helps ;-D

Wonderful artsy shirts. LOL! The first one is my favorite and you didn't like it at first. See, you are correct, goes to show never give up is true. I like that you cut out the neckline.

Martha, Martha, I love these. So fun looking and love the neck idea. What did you use to do the drawing?? Looks almost like Zentangle.

again, I am amazed. These shirts are really neat, and your fashion sense to cut the neck out was just right.

Great flowers and the colors are cool

This is really cute. I love the splash of color. The stores charge a lot for this type of tee shirt and you've done one for yourself probably for a lot less!!
