Graffifi-Town

I painted this background the other day while enjoying Alisa's class and loving all of her fun and funky images. I really didn't know what to do with it, whether to write a big graffiti word on it or not. So today Mattie Lou muse suggested I paint Graffiti-town on it so ok, Mattie Lou is always wild and crazy so I followed her advice. It's a happy little Graffiti-town. Look closely over the door posts.

That is a super town! I love it. The words fit in with the idea of graffiti in a very positive way.

Was this an online class?

So cool Martha! I love how you can go from one painting style to another and make it all look so easy!!! It gives me some more hope.

Hey, you will be proud of me. I've made more of the 5 minute watercolor flower pot paintings and have them at the printer now to be made into note cards. I will have a give-away next week with a set of them. All because of your wonderful tutorial.

Thank you!
Lee Ann

I really like Alisha's blog too.
have you ever thought of putting your flowers or faces on this type of background? combining several of your techniques?
