Sursy Givaway!

What is a Sursy?? Well, it a southern term indigenous to the @ Columbia, South Carolina area and on eastward to Charleston. A sursy a little unexpected gift to close friends or family (blog family!) for no special occasion, particular to show affection or thanks.
I think that just about says it all!!
If you have visited my blog before and like my art, I would love to give you the sursy! Just leave me a comment----- and on Saturday at 8:00 EST pm I will choose a name a Random.org and will send your sursy on Monday---just because I am grateful for you and for anyone who will click on my blog and take a gander. Means so much to me!

This is a 5 x 5 x 1 1/2 collaged, mixed-media canvas cube on "feet" and has a beeswax overlay. You can also see it in this post. Thanks!

I love the things you make and I'd love to see a piece "live" :) Please count me in for the sursy. I'll need to find the etymology for that and see if we could have a Slovenian word for it.

That is so gorgeous I don't even know what my favourite part of it is - the beeswax, the colours, the little feet??? Anyway, thanks for sharing your art with us. Now I'm going to go send a sursy to someone else. I'm so glad I came here today and learned about that!
