Doodling in the journal sometimes brings unexpected things. Like, I didn't expect that her doodle hair would look like snails in her hair! But I am loving the copics for the face and I have finally gotten the colors that I think work for faces. This is in journal #7 or 8. I have that many floating around. I am a journal junkie, I admit it but my favorite one right now is the one I journaled in the other day which is
this one.

Martha, what wonderful journaling and message! I think you drew Cher, do you see her too?
I love the curls and the style of this page...it's so feminine.
Martha, wonderful, I am still experimenting with the Copics and sooo much fun as I start to really get the hang of them. Keep it up girl, great stuff. Hugs
Ha Ha Ha, I'm laughing because I have not put my glasses on yet and at first I thought you drew curlers in her hair. I sooo remember those days of spongy curlers or those black spiky ones that I hated because they hurt.
Love your journal page.
Love the page:) Love all your faces actually . Do you have to set the pencil to use the copics . I have lots of copics and used to make cards , so I have lots of practice with them .
I love all of the swirls and curls and color that you ahve used here!! Perfect for hair!!
Smiles!

Is it ok to ask which copic colors you think work for faces? 'coz I love her face :)
Beautiful page Martha! I love journaling also because the art just happens when there's no pressure :)
Great stuff!
You are amazing! I'm catching up on all of your recent beautiful/gorgeous posts. Your artistic creativity just takes my breath away! Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family Martha.
Lovely page!! I really love the colours you have used and her face is gorgeous. This maybe a silly question but what are copics? I don't think I've heard of them before.
I agree, I do love how you do faces. Her skin is amazing, so is that whole gorgeous page!! Happy Thanksgiving, Martha! Thank you for all of the beauty and sharing and joy you've given me. I am so inspired by you! (And I can not believe how much you do every single day....)
