I have cut wood with a saw today--that's a first! I used my miter box and cut the sides. I had a hard time measuring and cutting correctly. It was more involved that I thought it would be. Then I glued the sides, painted it with crackle paint and then glued on the canvas. It turned out really cute but for the time I put into it, it should cost $300! But I will probably put it up on Etsy for maybe $50. It was fun though and I will make some more for these flat canvas boards.

WOODEN CUBE TRYOUT
I have cut wood with a saw today--that's a first! I used my miter box and cut the sides. I had a hard time measuring and cutting correctly. It was more involved that I thought it would be. Then I glued the sides, painted it with crackle paint and then glued on the canvas. It turned out really cute but for the time I put into it, it should cost $300!
