If you would like to win a free CalligraFun class just leave a comment and Mr. Random.org will do his picking on Saturday, the 18th at 8PM.
In the class we do not write Merry Christmas but after you take the class you will be able to write just like this. I have been so impressed with all of my students' success.
You really can do this!!!
Martha, that was soo amazing seeing you do that in the video! And your music choice was perfect! I'm still going to take this class whether I win or not!!!
I would be THRILLED to win this class. I sent your video on lettering "Merry Christmas" to everyone on my e-mail list yesterday (from You-Tube)....and here it is on your blog today! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it! Sharon Pendergraft
I would LOVE this- my handwriting and calligraphy is SO atrocious I won't even put it in my journal (I write things on tiny cards and tuck them away) so any help would be a huge blessing! :) Good luck to ALL!
Even though I already commented, I just watched the video. Snowing/slushing here had to get to the grocery store. What fun, the video, not the snow/slush. You remind me of my also southern friend, who believes it is never embellished enough. Love, and happy holidays
That was so much fun to watch.....just beautiful what you meister with your pens. This is one of those times where you have to ask yourself....do I feel lucky....come on Martha,,,,make my day!!!!
What a fun video - great music and such lively writing. Taking your class would be a great way to kick off the new year! Curious about the Sharpie white - easy to find? mail order? or local store? Merry Christmas to you as well! longvillagelettering.blogspot.com
Love this style. You are right, I CAN do this, given the chance on the course I would really love to do. Going to get some of those brush pens for Christmas too, lovely effect.
That was so much fun, Martha! Thanks for putting a smile on my face. Let me take this opportunity to wish you and your family a healthy and prosperous holiday and a new year filled with joy. God bless you! In gratitude, Renee
Oh Martha, your lettering is mesmerizing and i just loved the "marker dance of the sugar plum fairies"! You make it look so simple. Merry Christmas....
I watched the video with my children, and they loved it! I was just thinking AGAIN yesterday about taking one of your classes. If I win, there will be no excuse not to! :-)
Martha, I'm in awe... how your pen danced on the page to create such beautiful greeting! Thank you for the experience of watching your create! After watching you I'm almost convinced that I can learn .... Merry Christmas to you too! :o)

Thank you sweetie for such a great opportunity! ♥Anita Because thy loving kindness is better than life, my lips shall praise thee. Psalm 63:3 http://aseknc.blogspot.com/
Oooh, how fun! I was looking at Michelle Brown's Ning site and I absolutely LOVE your poppies! They are so rich in color and your backgrounds are gorgeous.
The thing I love most about this video is how you make what other's would judge in their own work to be 'mistakes' and you just carry on regardless. The final result is beautiful and just shows that 'prefect' is not the only way.
Your CalligraFun Merry Christmas is super fun to read and gaze upon. How wonderfully generous of you to offer your class as a giveaway. I shall keep positive hopes. :o) A very Merry Christmas to you and yours as you enjoy this holiday season. Happy Holly Jolly Joy...
Gee.... what an absolute DELIGHT of a blog post here. I thoroughly enjoyed watching your letters come to LIFE! What a joyous little performance of letters for the holidays. Thank you!!!
P.S. Sorry I missed out on signing up for your drawing. I must get signed up for the classes in 2011. It is going on my 2011 dream list.
