I was going to use this as a background for a face but I kinda liked it by itself
This girl is painted more with Suzi style and the other girl from the spread is more Misty's style start with adding in the darks first. This girl had a mishap with her hair so in my frustration I painted over her hair with the green and it looked kinda good so I went with it. Serendipity! When you add in the darks first sometimes you don't have as much control but it is a good exercise in releasing control. That's not easy for me! Have a wonderful day.
Very cute photo!!♥ I LOVE LOVE LOVE your aqua blues/greens watercolor flowers, Martha! Each day I enjoy your journaling and your faces. I do like that painting over her hair! Serendipity looks good on you!♥ Have a wonderful day, my friend!

ReplyDeleteHi Martha, Such a cute baby. LOve that pic of their beautiful smiles. I like the watercolor flowers as is too but do agree they would also be a lovely background. Your faces are lovely too. A hair mishap? I never would have guessed. I thought she was peeking through a painted window.
